The organic and local produce restaurant sits discreetly below
Penzance's bustling Chapel Street. The restaurant, which has just
celebrated its first birthday, has recently gained a new manager and
head chef who are both determined to promote good food in the County.
The restaurant prides itself on its high quality ingredients which
are all either organic or locally grown. Laura Rowe, manager of the
restaurant, says: 'Our head chef often goes down to Newlyn and picks
out the fish specials for the evening; everything is of the best possible
quality.' There's also a range of organic and locally produced wines,
ciders, bitters and lagers on offer.
